Mill House and the Mill House Lodge have served Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina for over 200 years. In its early years, the Mill provided ground corn and wheat products to Hendersonville and Asheville, North Carolina and Spartanburg and Greenville, South Carolina. In the mid 1900's the Mill was converted to a motel and several buildings were added to house the visiting tourists. The Lodge now serves to provide travelers with a variety of comfortable accommodations and picturesque scenery.

In the Jordan Lodge, guests can relax and enjoy the view from the windows and front porch. This multi-level building overlooks the lake and houses thirteen efficiencies, nine country suites and the executive suite.
For a cozy escape, The Rhodes Cottage is reminiscent of a mountain cottage with a private porch. Unwind outdoors and bask in perfect views of the lake and grounds and simply let nature weave her magic.
The Lakeview lodge is a quaint lakeside building with six guest quarters. Each has a knotty pine interior lending the look and feel of a mountain retreat. Guests have their own porch from which to enjoy nature’s tapestry of ever changing colors and sounds.
The Summey House derives much of its charm from its clean, traditional lines and front lawn. Guests select from a two or three bedroom suite or a spacious studio. It’s a short stroll from Summey House to the pool.
Resting on the hill just above the dam, the Timberlodge is a mountain home with a two bedroom suite and two one bedroom suites. Wake up early and catch the spectacular views of the morning sun as it rises above the tree-lined shore of the lake.
The Dogwood is reminiscent of homes built by the early settlers of Western North Carolina. Guests have a selection of a two bedroom suite or four executive size hotel rooms. The large front porch offers a place to sit, reflect and renew the spirit.
A meeting room is also available for group getaways. Guests will quickly notice the hand-hewn beams and floorboards of Chestnut, a tree very prevalent in Western North Carolina in 1800's and early 1900's. The room may be arranged to accommodate a variety of different events; from managers or sales meetings to family reunions and will comfortably hold 35 to 40 people.
