A Great Family Condo With a Cabin Feel

Your family will have a great time in this two-story, two bedrooms, one ad three-fourths bath townhouse style condo. The main floor features a galley style kitchen, an ample size living/dining area equipped with a hide-a-bed, a Lopi fireplace surrounded by a brick enclosure (firewood NOT provided), a walk-out balcony where you can hear the Nooksack River running by, plus one bedroom with two twin beds, and a cedar lined three-fourths bath. Ascending the staircase to the top floor brings you to a wood-lined loft bedroom reminiscent of a cabin with one queen sized bed, plus a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer, and one full bath. This tastefully decorated and wifi equipped family vacation property will sleep four to six persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy). PLEASE NOTE: Wireless internet service is now available in our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the free wireless internet service fails to function properly. Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on three sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts, and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free wireless internet, a pool table, ping pong table, and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
