Newly built 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Key West style vacation home in beautiful Village Walk. Enjoy the brick paved walkways to a community pool, if you prefer hop in your car or golf cart and take off to relax on the beach just a few minutes drive.
The ground floor offers one of two master bedrooms, the second is upstairs. The downstairs master bedroom offers a plush queen size bed with a private en-suite bathroom. The upstairs master bedroom offers a plush king size bed with a full size bathroom. The third guest room offers a king bed. The fourth bedroom offers a queen bed with a set of twin bunk beds. Every room includes television and DVD players. Spend time making memories in the fully stocked kitchen that opens up to the dining area and living room.
There's a second living area located just upstairs equipped with a kitchenette, great place for a kids movie night after a fun filled beach day. The 10x24 covered deck on the second floor overlooks one of two community pools. For your convenience Sea La Vie offers 2 laundry areas as well.
*Free 4 Passenger Golf Cart with short term rentals only. Additional $100 per week for long term rentals (14 days or more).
There are 4 designated parking spots, Occupancy 12. The property manager will provide Parking Passes upon your arrival. No Boats or Trailers are allowed at Village Walk.
Parking Rules: Village Walk
1) 2 paved parking spaces and 2 car garage including golf cart parking
2) Parking Tags will be provided by SSVR. All tags must be returned to SSVR upon checkout. $25.00 replacement fee for each lost tag
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other VW Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s
5) Towing will be strictly enforced
