Located at the end of a charming dirt road, this cottage is part of Bayberry Trust with stairs to the private beach on Bay. The kitchen has been recently renovated with new roof and trim, wood floors, and expanded open floor plan, new bathroom and outdoor shower. Great for families with all day availability to head up for a break for lunch! Come and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Bay! - All reservations have a $75 reservation fee and a refundable security deposit. -
