In the bedrooms there are 2 twins beds, 1 full size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. There is an A/C unit in each bedroom, wi-fi and laundry facilities. Heating is a 5,000BTU unit for the living room and one electric radiator for each bedroom. DOGS ALLOWED WITH $100 CLEANING FEE AND PROOF OF FLEA/TICK PROTECTION. $100 per week discount for each week rental after first week. - All reservations have a $75 reservation fee and a refundable security deposit. -
