Surfside 84 #28 is a direct oceanfront condo on 84th street, conveniently located in midtown Ocean City and only 2 blocks away from our check-in office. It is an end unit on the 7th floor with water views from each window (the side living room and 2nd bedroom windows have a view of the bay, and the living room and master bedroom windows are oceanfront views). This condo has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, icemaker, both Keurig & classic drip-style coffee makers, Crock Pot slow cooker, blender, and garbage disposal. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV, and the living room has a flat screen TV with soundbar. Also included are 2 DVD players, XFINITY cable (DVR included), and WiFi. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, a pyramid bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom (full size bed on the bottom, twin size bed on the top), and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. The building has a direct oceanfront outdoor pool, coin operated laundry facility, and elevator. There is a limit of 7 people and parking for 1 car is included with your rental. Sorry, pets are not allowed and there is no smoking in this unit. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday in the peak season, and during the off-season flex stays are available with a 3-night minimum.
