Walk or drive to the working harbor, ride your bike to the Bass Harbor Lighthouse or scenic Seawall picnic area (in Acadia National Park); take one of the ferries to Cranberry Island and the village of Islesford or to Swan's Island for a walk around that quaint neighboring island. The main building features high ceilings, beautiful walnut flooring, and open, spacious rooms. There are three bedrooms: one king master suite, another king BR, and a queen bedroom. There are three elegant full bathrooms. Featuring a lovely decorative granite fireplace in the large living room. The kitchen, built for a chef, is a cook's dream, with professional quality appliances and European-style dining on the huge country-style dining table. A lower level is set up for kids (low ceiling) to play and watch the large-screen television.
