This is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath 1st floor unit at Sandpiper Cove in Phase 2 Beach Side. Sandpiper Cove is a 43-acre gated resort with 1,100 feet of private beachfront. Also available are boat slip rentals and launch, 9-hole, par-3 golf course, five swimming pools (2 are heated for your comfort during cooler seasons) and 3 hot tubs, 6 tennis courts (3 lighted for evening play), and 2 restaurants - Louisiana Lagniappe (Pronounced "LAN-YAP") & Rick's Sand Trap Beach Bar & Grill. Sandpiper Cove is also a great wedding destination. Additionally, "Chillax" on the beach while basking in the warmth of the sun. Play a game of beach volleyball (directly in front of unit & YES there's a ball available for you to use!), take a long walk as the gentle waves wash over your feet or see the beach service about renting chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and boogie boards. Chairs are available for rent through Sandpiper Cove's beach service to create a more comfortable day at the beach although this unit provides beach chairs and more.
Chillaxin' was not rented by the previous owner and has been entirely refurnished. Not only is Chillaxin' the only 2 bedroom unit that sleeps 8, it can sleep 9! There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master has a king bed, private french doors to the deck (with blinds in the glass), private bath, vanity area (with makeup mirror), and a 32" TV. The second bedroom has full over full bunks with a twin trundle bed underneath sleeping 5. It has a 24" TV and would be great for either a couple, 2 couples, or up to 5 children. The second bath is in the hallway next to the washer and dryer. All towels and linens are provided as well. The living room has a brand new leather queen sleeper and love seat.
All floors are hardwood. (Floor is being refinished and unit painted.) Look at the open floor plan for the living room, kitchen, and kitchen alcove! The kitchen has everything you need to save some money by cooking in on the solid surface stove. The alcove has a wet bar, wine cooler (new), and separate ice maker. A new 43" smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc is part of the media center (subscriptions required to use service). New digital TV service, WiFi and/or LAN Internet, DVD Player (of course many kids movies are provided in the condo and Holiday Isle offers free rentals!), and Wii with 4 rechargeable remotes, Draw Pad, Steering Wheels, and over 10 games including Mario Kart & Family Game Night, as well as a Printer/Copier are included in your PRIVATE Media Center for your convenience.
The owner's private closet will be accessible to guests. As of August 2016 there are beach chairs (6), umbrellas (2), boogie boards (5-6), sand toys, flippers (2 pair), Masks (2) and even a sun shade tent with a floor so baby can enjoy the beach. I have added a cooler (fill it with your standalone ice maker located in the alcove), rolling folding cart and much more free of charge. Who knows what I will leave next! The deck has new Martha Stuart chairs, foot stools, and table. A poly-fiber Andirondack chair with table and cup holder to enjoy those tropical drinks. A poly-fiber table, 4 swivel chairs, and bench is also provided for your outdoor eating enjoyment. Don't worry about bringing the sand in the condo. There is a multi level shower right off the deck. Future plans include a 'deck liner' to provide a 'ceiling' on the deck so guests can enjoy even rainy days.
Keeping with the Family Friendly atmosphere, a new high chair, Pac n Play (with a BEACH theme!), and various games, coloring books, etc are provided.
