You enter the home through the Living Room on the main ?oor, all done in authentic tile, and recently redecorated in Palm Beach style. The Living Room has a big screen wall mounted HDTV with HD Cable (including Sports Package), a Blue-ray DVD player, a wraparound sofa, an ottoman, a love seat and a set of French Doors leading to its own balcony. This balcony offers an outside dining table for four and great views of the grounds of Destin Pointe, a park, and one of Destin Pointe’s lakes- perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Part of the open floor plan is the Dining Area, Kitchen, Half Bathroom and the Washer and Dryer Room. The Dining Area has a long wooden table set with 8 chairs, with breakfast bar seating for 3. Parsons chairs in the home can be pulled up to expand the table’s capacity. The Kitchen has expansive of counter space, full size appliances and all the kitchenware needed to prepare meals and entertain in style. The Washer and Dryer Room comes with a full-size washer and dryer. The Dining Area also has access to a balcony separate from the Living Room’s balcony. This balcony has a partially shaded area complete with deep seating lounge furniture including an outside sofa, two plush chairs, each with its own ottoman and a coffee table as well as a gas grill. A great place to unwind after a day at the beach, it offers a view of the home’s private pool, the home’s small lawn area, the grounds of Destin Pointe, and has a slight view of the Gulf of Mexico. This Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, a set of French Doors leading to the patio and pool and its own private bathroom with walk-in shower. Going up the stairs past the main floor of the home you will come to the Master Bedroom Suite on your right, two Guest Bedrooms on your left, and a Full Bathroom. Down the hall from the Master Bedroom you will ?nd two Guest Bedrooms. The ?rst Guest Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, a wall mounted HGTV with HD Cable, and French Doors leading to a balcony shared with the Adjacent Guest Bedroom. The Adjacent Guest Bedroom has a bunk bed setup with a Full-Size Bed on the bottom and a Twin Bed on top. Additionally, below the bottom bunk is a Trundle that rolls out as a Twin Bed. This Guest Bedroom has a wall mounted HDTV, HD Cable, and a set of French Doors leading to the shared balcony.
