This Guest Bedroom also has access to this floor’s Guest Bathroom. This Guest Bathroom can be accessed directly by the Guest Bedroom, or via the hallway, and comes with a dual vanity and a bathtub/shower combination. As you walk down the hall towards the Master Bedroom Suite you will notice the Laundry Room. This room comes with a full size Washer and dryer, and plenty of room to sort out your clothes. At the very end of the top floor hallway, you will find the Master Bedroom Suite. The Master Bedroom has a large King Size Bed, a walk in closet, a wall mounted flat screen HDTV, a BluRay Player, and a set of French Doors leading to the Master Bedroom Suite’s private balcony. The Master Bathroom has a granite encased dual vanity with plenty of counter space, a Jet Stream Jacuzzi, and a walk in shower. As worthy as the views of the home are on the main floor’s balcony, the views truly shine on the Master Bedroom’s balcony. The Master Bedroom’s balcony comes with four chairs and a table. From this balcony you can see one of Destin Pointe’s lakes and all the wildlife the lake attracts. You can also see the Jetties, the East Pass, and the Gulf of Mexico. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach from this home, or you can utilize Destin Pointe’s tram service. When in season, the tram service will pick up you and your belongings and take you to and from the beach.
