Open and spacious front room includes the entry, living, dining, and kitchen areas! All are open to each other for easy gatherings and family entertainment! 1 sofa, love seat, and chair in the living room. 6 bar stools at the bar and seating at the table for 6! 2 master suites! 1 is on the 1st floor with access to a covered wrap around porch and the other is a big master with a sitting area on the 3rd floor with access to a wrap around balcony! Both have king beds and private baths! There is also a half bath on the 1st floor in the hall. The 2nd floor has 2 big bedrooms with 4 bunks in one room and another king bed in the other! Both bedrooms have access to yet another wrap around balcony! There is also a full bathroom! Nicely furnished and plenty of room in this house!

Emerald Shores is a gated neighborhood very close to the beach with a private beach Cabana, 2 pools, a tennis court, and a basketball goal. There is access from both the beach side and from HWY 98 for an easy commute anywhere! Shopping, golf, water sports, and all Destin activities are very close!
