Your living area and kitchen are overlooking the beach for those awe-inspiring sunsets. Or you can sit on your private balcony while you enjoy a cocktail and see the dolphin playing in the water. You will enjoy a very quiet private area of beach with very little public beach access. We have a large flat screen TV in the living room for your evenings at home streaming your favorite Netflix shows.
Steps from your condo is a private dock where you can tie up your boat or jet ski that you may want to bring with you or just down the street you can rent kayaks, paddle boards or boats for the day or week and use the dock when you want to take a little break from all the fun.
Your master bedroom has a queen size bed, large flat screen smart TV and large walk in closet along with a private adjoining bath with a walk in shower. The guest room has a queen size bed with a large flat screen smart tv and you have a bonus media room with flat screen smart tv, dvd player, cd player and a pull out queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. The guest bathroom is equipped with a claw foot tub to soak the day away or you can enjoy a hand held shower too.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all of the extras you will need to create a delicious savory home cooked meal or out on the patio is your own personal electric grill for some burgers or the fresh catch of the day.
We are pet friendly with a small pet fee up to 50 lb dogs are welcome.
