The Braemar Towers is an oceanfront condominium located on 131st Street and Coastal Highway. Enjoy all of the amenities of the Braemar, including an outdoor pool and sundeck, tennis courts, a game room, a fitness center, and dry saunas. Located just up the street from Ocean City’s popular 58-acre complex, Northside Park, you don’t need to leave your balcony to watch the weekly fireworks in the summer… and you’re close enough that you don’t need to hop in the car to enjoy the famous Sundaes in the Park (one of our favorite weekly events)! Braemar Towers 1914 is a three bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo located on the 9th floor of the south tower. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. Enjoy ocean and beach views from the oceanfront balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, 3 flat screen TV’s, 1 DVD player, and free WiFi. Limit of 6 people. There is assigned parking for 1 vehicle. There is a $50 Common Area Usage Fee due at arrival (cash only). Sorry, no smoking and no pets. During the peak season this property rents from Saturday to Saturday only. During the off-season, there is a 3-night minimum (requires owner’s pre-approval). (Psssst… you’re also right across the street from The Crab Bag, voted Ocean City’s best crabs year after year!)
