Whether you are walking to the lifts or taking a stroll, there is a walking path to connect you to both the base of Peak 9 for skiing and hiking or to the heart of downtown for dining, shopping and nightlife.

AMENITIES – This spacious two bedroom condo features one level living with a king bedroom, a bunk bedroom, each with their own bath and additional sleeping space in the living room on the sleeper sofa. The open layout makes it easy for everyone to gather for a meal or to relax in the living area to unwind while watching a movie or snuggling up for a warm fire in the fireplace. After an invigorating day of skiing, you can have a lap in the pool or warm up at the hot tub at the nearby Columbine common pool area. (**The Columbine pool area will be closed from March 31 to December 1. There will be no pool access at this location for summer 2018.**)
