**The complex is currently being pressure washed, repainted and balconies are being repaired. Areas will be unavailable, guests may be required to park in different areas throughout the complex and so on. Association has found that some balconies will be undergoing concrete repair which will require jack hammering. Rental companies will update guests with the schedule as needed.
This Orange Beach Vacation Rental is a gulf view 3 bedroom ,2 bathroom condo that sleeps 8. Seaside Beach and Racquet 5415 was newly renovated in the fall of 2013. Fresh paint, new carpet and tile through out the condo! The master bedroom has a King bed with a private on suite, and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two Twin beds and it also has a flat screen TV. Seaside Beach and Racquet 5415 has a full complete kitchen with new stainless steel appliances so that you may cook your meals or if cooking isn’t you idea of a vacation, Orange Beach has many fine seafood restaurants that are within walking distance. You have a dining room table and three bar stools at the breakfast bar. The living room has a new sectional sofa and a large flat screen TV. The view from your balcony is awesome! What a great way to start any day, with your morning coffee and a beautiful sunrise! Seaside Beach and Racquet offers many great amenities in addition to your great view! The complex offers two lighted tennis courts (you need your own racquets and balls), two pools on the beach, one heated indoor pool with a sauna and steam room, a clubhouse, a fitness room, a board walk that leads you to the two pools and the beach, FREE WIFI and beach chair/umbrella rentals on the beach. This is a non-smoking, no pet unit. This Orange Beach Vacation Condo is located at 24522 Perdido Beach Blvd. Approx., 5.3 miles east of Hwy 59. NO PETS! This property allows up to two vehicles per reservation. No trailers. Monthly rentals are required to purchase parking passes each month of your stay. Parking passes will not be issued to guests until units are ready per Associations request.
PLEASE CALL TO BOOK WINTER RENTALS! Monthly reservations made online will not be confirmed until a reservationist reviews the booking details and verifies that the pricing is correct. If there is an error you will be contacted! Also, in order to avoid same day booking we do not allow reservations to be made online if booking within 48 hours of arrival. Several of our rental properties do have a nightly minimum requirement. If the calendar shows a property is available but you are unable to book online, please feel free to contact us at to ask questions in order to make reservations.
Free Amenities package included with stay: Amenities include: One complimentary adult admission to Waterville Water Park, Dolphin Cruise, and Deep Sea Fishing, good for all days of your stay, excluding date of departure. (Some restrictions apply) Dolphin Cruise and Deep Sea Fishing are available March-October. Water Park is available May-Labor Day.
