Welcome to Longboard! Built in 2017, this Gulf Front elevated two story beach house sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's white sandy beach with unobstructed views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Bay. Located on Dauphin Island’s West End, this four bedroom and three and a half bathroom, Gulf front beach house has three spacious decks to sit and watch the kids play in the Gulf or to simply watch the sun rise while the dolphins play and enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Longboard has four bedrooms plus a bunk room. Three full bathrooms, one with a tub and shower combo, and one half bathroom make getting ready for the day a breeze. All bedrooms, including the bunk room, have wall mounted flat screen TVs and plenty of closet space. There is a Master Bedroom on both floors each with large windows over looking the Gulf and own attached private bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms are on the second floor, have two twins in each room and share the third full bathroom. They both have beautiful views of the Bay.
The main living area of the home features gorgeous Gulf views and an open floor plan that opens to a large partially covered deck. Several Adirondack chairs and a dining table are located on the main living deck, while chaise lounge chairs are on the upper deck for those wishing to catch a nap in the sun. The lower deck is on the beach and offers shade from the hot summer sun, as well as an outdoor shower with hot and cold running water. A charcoal and gas grill is also provided.
The kitchen offers plenty of counter space and a large island with seating for five. A built in stainless steel commercial microwave and dishwasher, as well as a full size electric range and refrigerator complete the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen table seats 8 comfortably and is open to the main living area, and has views of the Bay and Gulf.
All linens and towels are provided and there is a front load washer and dryer in the unit. The unit has cable and WIFI. Travel insurance is available from third party sellers.
