Edgewater 72
Edgewater 72 is a stunning unique property with approximately 2100 sq ft of living space. It is 4 bedroom 4 bath luxury condominium located on the beach with a direct gulf view of the gulf from living area and 2 of the south side master bedrooms. This condo is an interior designer's personal condo and has been totally renovated and custom decorated. The "South Florida" decorated unit boasts two full kitchens and open floor concept. The main kitchen has white raised panel cabinetry, all stainless steel appliances set in granite counter tops over looking the living and media area. The butlers pantry houses the 2nd kitchen as well as the front load washer and dryer. The living and media area are separated by two huge pillars and both have sliding glass doors that open directly to edge of building - there is no "true" outdoor balcony. The two gulf-side bedroom have enclosed balconies with windows that open giving it a "Florida Room" style feel. The property is located 1.3 miles west of Hwy 59 in Gulf Shores.
Edgewater has sun deck area and outdoor pool with a barbecue grilling area. There is 4 car limit. This property rents Saturday to Saturday only in spring/summer seasons. 25 year old age limit to rent.

We absolutely loved our stay at Edgewater 72. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and you can't beat the amazing view of the gulf. The pool and access to the beach was fabulous. Having two kitchens was great for storage for our two families. The condo was extremely clean when we arrived and plenty of linens were available. We will be booking this property again!
Simply Wonderful. We had such an amazing time. We loved that it was right on the beach, fresh seafood was right down the road, and the elevator was awesome. Would recommend this suite to anyone.
Wide open space, with spectacular view. Large, cozy, and a spectacular oceanfront view. Would recommend this place for anyone with a large group. Close to restaurants and souvenir shopping. Book this place.
We were very, very pleased with this unit. It is beautifully furnished, clean and updated. We had plenty of room to spread out. We will definitely come back to this unit. Great time had by all!!
We absolutely loved the condo. My sister and I and our families were staying here and our biggest thing we were looking for was 2 master bedrooms since we were each paying half of the cost. This delivered and more. Thank you for having such a beautiful place for us to relax in this week!
Review: Exactly like the pictures. We spent a week over Memorial Day weekend. Great access to all entertainment, shopping and restaurants. Beach and swim area was easy to access daily not over crowded. The condo is very spacious shared with another family slept 4 adults and 6 children easy. Kitchen and living area perfect for hanging out and preparing meals.
Review: Loved it. We had 2 families staying there so the set up of all king sized beds and all bedrooms having bathrooms was perfect. The view was unbelievable. The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies and was decorated very nicely. We would definitely stay there again
