Whether you’re a cook or not, you’ll enjoy this beautiful, well-equipped kitchen with new stainless appliances, plenty of cabinets, center island and stylish granite countertops.
The bedrooms are beautifully furnished and each one features its own large flat screen TV. Wake up in the comfy king-size bed in the master and start your day looking out at the rolling waves and silver sand beach. The master bath has a garden tub and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom on the east side of the house has a queen-size bed and a gorgeous view of the calm bay water. On the west side, are two additional bedrooms. One features a comfy queen bed and sliding glass doors that open right out to the gulf-side deck. The other has two sets of bunks with doubles on bottom and twins on top, sure to please the younger guests. There is a convenient bath in the hallway between the two bedrooms and just off the great-room. The great-room sleeper sofas offer additional sleeping options. A full size washer and dryer is available for laundry and a large pantry has plenty of space for storing your groceries. Built in 2017, this house has all the extras!
Out on the deck is a big gas grill and a dining table and chairs for enjoying an afternoon cookout while you watch the dolphins swim and play close to the shore. After dinner, go for an evening walk down the beach and look for shells or relax on the deck and enjoy the awesome sunset. For the more active or adventurous, you can rent a bike and ride the bike trail, go explore Fort Gaines or maybe catch a concert on the west end beach.
