This lovely home is located directly on Dauphin Island's Quivera Bay! With TVs in every room, great views of the Dauphin Island bridge, and options for bringing your boat, this house will be perfect for you and the whole family to relax and get away for a family vacation or a warm winter getaway!
"At Last" has four large bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs, plus three full bathrooms which offer plenty of privacy for all. Upstairs, the Master Bedroom and a second large bedroom feature queen beds with brand new mattress sets, a television, and a private bath. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with two twin beds, and the other with a twin and a trundle bed. Each of these rooms has a television and they share a standalone full bath. The beautiful great room is combined with the kitchen, which creates the perfect place for everyone to gather for dinner, games, and movies. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make delicious meals!
This home has recently been updated and repainted. Each bedroom has brand new carpet and the Master bedroom and second queen bedroom have brand new mattress sets. The comfortable great room also has new furniture!
You will also want to spend time in the rocking chairs on the two spacious decks enjoying soft bay breezes and the awesome view! You can sun-bathe on the warm bay-side dock or take a dip in the cool, calm water. There is a new Weber BBQ grill and a custom-built picnic table underneath the house, perfect for an evening barbecue with friends. If it is white sand between your toes you crave, just take a short walk over to the Gulf beach. If you want to bring a picnic to the beach, there's a buggy in the shed for your chairs, blankets, and spread. Bring along the fishing rods and you might just catch your dinner!
At Last is a Dog Friendly Property. A small non-refundable of charge of $100 per dog is required and must be disclosed at the time your reservation is made. Just let us know the total number of dogs, breed and weight, and confirm that each dog guest is on a flea, tick and heartworm prevention program with vaccinations up to date. On Dauphin Island, our beaches are dog friendly too. The Town of Dauphin Island does have a leash law requiring dogs to be on leash outdoors and that dog waste from vacation property yards, beaches and public areas be picked up and disposed of properly. So bring those pooper scoopers and help keep our beaches dog friendly!
