Beach Village has some of the most magnificent Ocean Views in Palmas Del Mar. With clear visibility you can easily see beyond Vieques and sometimes clear to, St.Thomas.This townhouse has three bedrooms, the master is a king size bedroom suite, 500 thread count sheets, designer towels, private bathroom and cable TV. The second bedroom with two twin beds and another bathroom accessible via the hallway and a third bedroom that also has two twin beds. The third bedroom has access to a full private bathroom. The master bedroom has access to a balcony that overlooks the golf course and the second and third bedrooms access another balcony with ocean views. The unit has central air conditioning with two supplemental units, one in the master bedroomand ine in the living room for additional comfort. The beach is within walking distance and literally across the small parking lot as is the pool for the Beach Village complex, the last time I was in PR I counted about 100 steps. There is a new beach chair service available free of charge for guest of Beach Village, you can walk over to the pool and they will take the chaise lounges to the beach for your use and will pick them up at the end of the day!! Palmas Del Mar is such unique resort with golf, tennis beach club, marina, horseback riding, a small grocery store, restaurants and shopping all within the resort. These are all accessible by golf cart or car. There are few resorts in PR that provide all the amenities that Palmas Del Mar has to offer. The hotel shares an entrance with Beach Village, therefore you have access to golf cart rentals, a restaurant, ice cream shop and Casino about five minutes away, walking distance. There is also a Spa facility at los Lagos community. Also, within the resort there is a mixed use complex known as Palmanova Plaza which houses a small grocery store that carries many of these essentials. In this same area there is a pizzeria (delivery service available), wine bar and Bistro, Mexican restaurant (with amazing loaded nachos), a very good Chinese restaurant and an excellent new fusion restaurant called Pura Vida, try the crusted Mahi.
