Good Afternoon, I just want to share my experience for all of social media so no one can make the same mistake booking with this resort again! A few weeks ago I chose to book this hotel through bookings.com. My total should have been $309 plus tax (as shown on bookings.com and The Beach Haus website...
CONRude Clerk, Didn't clean our room or offer to, Overcharged for our stay and gave no resolution!

Loved our time again at the Beach Haus. The beach is amazing and everybody there is friendly and helpful. We did get some rain while there but that is Michigan. We will return.
