Great place to stay on SPI, rates were cheap and rooms were clean. Friendly staff, and awasome breakfast. They even had waffles!!

I love the Windwater Hotel and Resort!! The area is amazing and the resort is a perfect jump-off point for South Padre Island. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I would totally stay here again if ever in the SPI area!!

Don't believe the pictures. Place is very dirty and old. We were suppose to have a view, but it was very dirty outside too. Towels were old and not too clean. Free Breakfast! What breakfast! Would not recommed at all. Very Disappointed
