This hotel, although cute in pictures, is located right across the street from a medical center so you will hear all sorts of sirens at all hours. On top of that, hotel staff is at a minimum so there's a good chance your check-in won't be on time and anything you need from the hotel won't be taken...
CONManagement was awful and the location is in a part of town that's way too noisy,
