this is a test description
With historical charm and comfort, Fort Casey Inn overlooks Washington's Puget Sound on beautiful Whidbey Island. Built as officer's housing just before WWI, these cottages (except Eagles Nest) sleep four guests in two bedrooms and feature a full farm kitchen and patriotic memorabilia with new, cast-iron gas fireplaces in each living room. The neighboring Fort Casey State Park blends history and nature with its bunkers, lighthouse, beaches and trails. A five-minute drive will land you in Coupeville, where historic buildings, fine restaurants and shops continue to reflect the days gone by.
