The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, high quality cookware and more accessories than you can shake a spoon at, while the living room has a 50″ flat screen TV, just in case the weather is being uncooperative. But if the weather is temperate (as it often is), you'll want to spend most of your time out on and around Lake LBJ! Fishing off the dock is a favorite, as is feeding and observing the ducks that frequent the spot. Nearby you'll find hiking, biking, golf and wineries aplenty- all you could ever want can be found right here at Turtle Rock Cottage!

There's so many things within just one block– walk to the grocery store, coffee shop, Dairy Queen, or into refreshing Lake LBJ for a swim. Located on the shores of Lake LBJ and minutes from Inks Lake State Park, this is the perfect place to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. Turtle Rock rests on a large park-like area, surrounded by towering pecan and pine trees. You have three kayaks available to take out onto the lake at your leisure! For more adventure, enjoy hiking at the state park, or visit the nearby Longhorn Caverns!
The Cottage is set against a quiet cove, a great place to swim and fish alike. Pool rafts, a kayak, and a paddle boat are all all onsite and available for your use. For those who have a boat or jet ski, the dock is padded and equipped with hooks to tie up. get out and explore the lake however you want!
The wonderful open floor plan allows the guests to be connected. The large living area, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other with a very large farmhouse table and bar stools at the counter to seat the entire group. Each bedroom has very plush pillow top mattresses and 400 thread count sheets. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, high quality cookware and accessories and makes cooking a pleasure! The bunk room and second bedroom have a custom made barn door that slides on a track for privacy.
