A nature based tourist attraction located on Lake Buchanan and the Colorado River, this cruise will take you and your sweetheart by some of Texas' most gorgeous locales. Heart of Texas Lake Resort features a selection of seven charming cabins near both the swimming pool and waterfront! Each cabin features a complete kitchenette, cable television, barbecue grill, and full linens for your comfort and convenience. Sleep from four to six guests in one of these spacious units!

Burnet hosts an annual Christmas festival called Burnet Christmas on the Square, and should you visit Heart of Texas in December you can't miss it! Located in the Historic Downtown Square, Attendees come to shop at arts and crafts booths, watch the parade and live entertainment and take their chance at winning a bicycle. It's the definition of holly and jolly!

The Heart of Texas RV Park is just 90 to 100 yards from the lake, giving guests easy access to the resort's pride and joy. There are 21 spaces total, each with its own 4-way hookup, septic, water, cable TV, and more. RV guests ALSO have complete use of the resort facilities: from the restrooms, hot showers, and laundry to the shuffleboard court, washer pits, swings, and humongous swimming pool.
