Specifically a private shooting preserve, Viking Valley Hunt Club is the go-to spot for hunting or just keeping your sights sharp. From September to April, prime pheasant hunting takes place on Viking Valley's vast 400 acre premises. Guides and dogs are available upon request, as well as scenic duck hunting, with rustic blinds, boats, and decoys. You can also try your hand at goose hunting and wild turkey hunting during your stay at Viking Valley Hunt Club.

Specifically designed as a lodge for hunters, Viking Valley Hunt Club does offer pet-friendly accommodations for those traveling with their four-legged hunting companions. Open to its members, Viking Valley Hunting Club offers a lodge that has 18 beds dispersed in eight different dedicated sleeping areas. The lodge features a large central meeting and dining area, a full-kitchen, a screened porch with a large BBQ grill, a "pro shop" for ammunition and hunting and shooting supplies, and a heated kennel. Viking Valley's lodge offers the perfect combination of rustic charm and modern convenience.
