Big Sand Lake covers 1659 acres with water clarity of over thirty-five feet. Exceptionally clean and clear water providing wonderful sand beaches and great fishing await you.
Pine Cone Lodge has a long history as a resort and fishing camp. It started as a logging camp in 1900’s run by the Thomas brothers and was rebuilt after a fire in 1906. It became a resort in the 1940s.
