The HH Whitney House, an Italianate style family home in New Orleans, was built circa 1865 and recently restored to its original grandeur. The home boasts some of the most unique and original plaster work found anywhere in the city and was featured in the book New Orleans Architecture - Volume V: The Esplanade Ridge. The historic Esplanade Ridge section is just nine blocks from the French Quarter.
